Add branding, terms, expiry and tax details
A quote carries your business details and a per-line tax rate where needed, giving the customer a clear, professional document rather than a bare price list.
Send the quote and record the approval state
The customer opens an emailed link, no account required, enters a one-time code sent to that same email address, chooses a tier if there is one, and signs — typed or hand-drawn — on one page in their own browser. That approval always happens online; there is no offline or technician-device signature path.
Convert an accepted quote into a job
Once approved, the quote becomes a job with its line items already attached — nothing gets re-entered, and the invoice at the end of the job pulls from the same record.
Create estimates offline and continue to invoice
Lose signal on site and you can still build or edit an estimate — it queues on the device and syncs automatically once you’re reconnected. That is the verified offline scope; general job data and photos are not part of it.
VAT, MTD, payments and accounting boundaries
Opsler does not calculate VAT or file for Making Tax Digital, and does not process payments itself. There is no live Xero or QuickBooks sync — a formatted CSV export for manual import is what's available, and pricing stays in US dollars regardless of where your business is based.
