## What Opsler does

One digital record per job: customer, site, access notes, status, free-text notes,
time and materials logged against the job, before/after photos, and customer approval
via a one-time code and signature. The office sees updates as they happen. A history
log tracks key events against the job. Completed jobs carry straight to an invoice.

## Terminology

Job card, job sheet and work order are used near-interchangeably across UK trades.
Opsler doesn't distinguish between them — every visit produces one job record
regardless of the label your trade uses.

## NOT supported

- **No generic custom-form builder.** The job record's fields are fixed, not
  user-defined.
- **No standalone job-sheet PDF export.** Checked directly against the backend — the
  only PDF output is the invoice.
- **No certificate generation of any kind** (electrical, gas or otherwise).
- **Offline coverage is estimates and invoices only** — not confirmed for general
  job-card fields, photos or notes beyond that scope. Test at a genuinely poor-signal
  site before relying on it.
- **No "immutable audit trail"** in a formal compliance sense — there is a history log
  of key events, described modestly as that.
