## What Opsler does

A visual diary (day/week/list views) for planning, assigning and rescheduling field
engineers. Clash detection flags overlapping or back-to-back jobs with insufficient
travel time. Recurring maintenance visits generate on a rolling 30-day horizon,
refreshed daily, and a single occurrence can be edited on its own without changing the
rest of the series. Route optimisation re-sequences one engineer's flexible jobs within a single
day using Google's own driving-time data, keeping fixed appointments anchored.

## NOT supported

- Live GPS tracking. Location capture is milestone-based (en route, arrived, completed),
  Pro only — not continuous tracking.
- Automated skills-based job matching. A dispatcher assigns; nothing is matched
  automatically.
- Multi-engineer route optimisation, traffic/weather inputs, dynamic dispatch, or
  SLA-compliance automation.
- SMS update delivery — SMS is planned, not live.
