Opsler makes NO certification or compliance claim for electrical work. Electrical
certificates (EIC, EICR, Minor Works Certificate) and Part P notification are set by
official regulation (GOV.UK's Approved Document P) and each electrician's own
competent-person scheme (e.g. NICEIC, NAPIT) — not by field-service software. Readers
are told to assume Opsler does not produce any of it and to keep using their existing
certification process alongside Opsler.

## Verified capability (administrative side only)

Customer and site records with full history; scheduling for call-outs, inspections and
installs, including recurring inspection visits on a repeating schedule; a digital job
record carrying address and access notes to the field; before/after photos and
completion notes; quotes built on site from your own price book (single-price or three
tiers) approved with a one-time code and signature; invoices from the completed job;
time and materials tracked per job.

## NOT supported

- EIC, EICR or Minor Works Certificate generation.
- BS 7671 compliance checking.
- Part P notification or competent-person-scheme interaction.
- Test-instrument integration or supplier-catalogue pricing.
- VAT calculation or Making Tax Digital filing — stays with your accounting software.
- Live Xero or QuickBooks sync — a formatted CSV export for manual import only.
- GBP billing — Opsler's pricing is USD, not converted or billed in pounds.
