**Opsler makes NO regulatory claim for septic work.** Septic requirements are set
locally and vary by county and state. There are no disposal manifests, no
jurisdiction inspection forms, no permit tracking, no code rules and no regulatory
reporting. Readers are told to assume Opsler does not produce whatever their
regulator requires, and to keep using whatever satisfies it today.

## Verified capability

Customer and property records with access notes (where the tank is, how deep the
lid is buried, which gate, the dog, who holds the key) — the highest-value field
in this trade, and usually held in one driver's head. Full service history per
property. Recurring pump-out reminders as scheduled jobs (Pro) — a three-year
interval is expressed as monthly with an interval of 36. Scheduling and driver
assignment with priority for backups. Field notes, photos and per-visit checklist.
Customer signature. Estimates for repairs and replacements approved on site with a
one-time code. Invoices and payment recording including partial payments.

## NOT supported

- Truck capacity and load-aware routing. Route optimization sequences one
  technician's flexible jobs by travel time and knows nothing about how full the
  truck is, nor does it model the disposal trip. This is the largest functional gap
  for a pumping business and the page says so plainly.
- Disposal and manifest records — no site, no volume, no reconciliation, no
  chain of custody.
- Tank, sludge and scum measurements as structured data. Notes and checklists are
  text, not trendable data, and not a jurisdiction's inspection form.
- Permits, code compliance, regulatory reporting.
- Automatic recurring billing (Opsler processes no payments).
- Live QuickBooks or Xero sync — formatted CSV export for manual import only.
