- Job completion is blocked without THREE things on the record: at least one
  before photo, at least one after photo, and a customer signature. This is
  enforced both client-side and by the completion API (400 error if any is
  missing) and applies the same way on every plan — it is not a setting that
  can be turned off, and it is not gated to Pro.
- There is no separate rule requiring a before photo to exist before an
  after-photo can be uploaded — the three-part check runs only at job
  completion, not at photo-upload time. (An earlier draft of this page implied
  an upload-time gate; that claim has been removed as unverified.)
- Photos are fields on the job record itself (beforePhotos / afterPhotos /
  photoUrls), not a separate attachment entity — which is why they always

- Customers view job photos through their no-login portal token link, shown
  alongside that job's completion notes, signature and invoice — not attached
  to the invoice object itself, but visible in the same job view.
- No separate photo subscription: the photo record comes with the operations
  system rather than as a second per-user cost.

Ghost-overlay alignment to match a previous camera angle, editing and
retouching for a portfolio shot, marketing collage and slider output, on-image
annotation, and album-style organisation independent of jobs. Those are
marketing-output features; Opsler's photo record is built for evidence and
